Browser Compatibility

By default HawkOwl websites are developed and tested using the Firefox browser, this browser (and others eg Opera) have strict compliance with HTML and XHTML standards.

As part of the standard testing procedure, we will test the delivered website on the latest, and next to latest, versions of :-

Firefox

Internet Explorer (IE)

Opera

Netscape Navigator

Tests will include viewing the impact of different browser window sizes, and browser text size adjustments. Additionally the application will be checked for correct meaningful operation without images / without Javascript / without CSS.
